Lead Project Manager - Wind, BESS, and Solar - £70,000-£90,000 - Scotland

Piper Maddox have partnered up with a major pan European player to help find someone to head up on of their major Scottish development JVs.

The company is really ambitious, with 6GW worth of grid secured, and are seeking someone to be looking after a massive JV which will have see mass progression to head up their Scottish division. They have brilliant access to funding, and you'd be in safe hands with a knowledgeable team to lean on.

They have recently seen some impressive names joining them, and projects making it up to RTB and ready to go into construction. Across Europe they expect to have 1.5GW of assets being constructed/in operation.

What would your role look like and not be limited to?:
- Ownership of and managing the development of solar/wind/BESS projects for a major JV partner.
- Coordinate project team (internal & external) activities insuring key milestones are met.
- Ensure financial and technical targets are met in delivering projects.
- Suitably plan, organize, monitor and report on all phases of projects life cycle.
- Manage and report on all project risks, ensuring management are kept fully abreast of any significant development.
- Liaise with external stakeholders (e.g. planning authorities, community relations, statutory consultees, landowners, grid network operators).
- Liaise with internal company stakeholders as required.

Planning Manager - Solar/BESS - Remote
London

Planning Manager - Solar/BESS (including DCO work) - Remote - up to £65,000Piper Maddox are working with a European Solar/BESS developer who are looking to add a planning manager to their UK team, this person would have direct reports within the existing team.They have a total project pipeline of 3.5GW split across multiple large scale transmission, and multiple distribution projects as well. Plus a decent portfolio of solar + BESS due to go into construction across 3 sites.They have a much more 'relaxed' approach to how they work. Everyone does quality work but if something goes wrong they won't play the blame game.
