Responsibilities:

Market Analysis:
- Assessment of current situation position of company's charging solutions in the
market, understanding product trends and evolution, so to come up with a strategy
to improve position in the market.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential
opportunities for EV charger sales in the French market.

Business Development:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the company's presence, including
identifying and pursuing new business partnerships.

Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, government agencies, and
industry influencers to promote our EV charging solutions.

Sales Target Achievement:
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, monitor performance against goals, and
implement corrective actions as needed.

Product Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in EV charging technology and
effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products to potential
clients.
- market and technology developments, as well as new resources being added
through new partnerships being developed with Strategic Partners in the field.

Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development,
and customer support, to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
- Ensure the reporting of management information in the area (performance
indicators) to the Business Development Director, in order to provide him with the
necessary information for the decision-making processes.
- Examining Purchase Orders to make sure they are aligned with prior exercise prequote.
- Support business in the preparation of commercial proposals, monitor their validation
and final review, as well as ensure the status of the proposal with the various
customers.

Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineer
degree.
- Proven track record of success in sales role, preferably in EV industry.
- Experience in dealing with electric utility influencers, and decisions makers.
- Experience in dealing with Business Partners, resellers, and strategic partners.
- Availability to travel about 50-60% of its time.
- Leading personality.
- Dynamism and Energy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Results driven and fully accountable.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of
a team.
- Fluency in French (English is required).

Additionally/Preferably:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Electric Mobility (E-Mobility) with AC & DC
Chargers.
- Able to support Request for Information (RFI) and RFP technical specification
review and inputs and responses.
- Able to monitor public policy, incentives, and subsidies that promote the growth
of EV's and specifically EV Charging Infrastructure to develop strategy to support
and participate in the programs on behalf of the company

Planning Manager - Solar/BESS - Remote

Planning Manager - Solar/BESS (including DCO work) - Remote - up to £65,000Piper Maddox are working with a European Solar/BESS developer who are looking to add a planning manager to their UK team, this person would have direct reports within the existing team.They have a total project pipeline of 3.5GW split across multiple large scale transmission, and multiple distribution projects as well. Plus a decent portfolio of solar + BESS due to go into construction across 3 sites.They have a much more 'relaxed' approach to how they work. Everyone does quality work but if something goes wrong they won't play the blame game.
