Je recherche un profil de Business Developer B2B expérimenté pour intégrer une entreprise spécialisée dans les solutions de recharge intelligentes pour véhicules électriques. Leurs activités se développent en Europe et particulièrement en France. L'équipe a besoin d'un renfort afin de les épauler dans le développement de leur filiale française. Vos missions :



Dans ce rôle, vous soutiendrez une stratégie de mise sur le marché basée sur les partenaires. Vous aiderez l'équipe commerciale à étendre la présence en France et à développer le réseau d'installateurs. Il s'agit d'une excellente opportunité pour quelqu'un qui est passionné par la relation client et qui veut participer à l'évolution des secteurs de l'énergie et de la mobilité grâce à la technologie.



* Vous avez la possibilité de créer des relations solides avec nos partenaires d'installation et fournisseurs d'énergie afin qu'ils deviennent des défenseurs de l'entreprise.

* Créer votre portefeuille de partenaires de distribution, y compris les installateurs, les grossistes et les détaillants automobiles.

* Vous êtes le garant des valeurs de l'équipe et veillez à ce que nos clients se sentent valorisés.

* Travailler en étroite collaboration à distance avec l'ensemble de l'équipe de vente et l'équipe d'assistance à la clientèle.

* Améliorer et développer en permanence l'efficacité de vos propres processus.

* Analyser en permanence vos chiffres et vos objectifs et faire preuve de créativité pour améliorer en permanence vos performances.

* Participer aux réflexions concernant les enjeux stratégiques sur le développement commercial pour faire grandir nos activités en France.

Dynamique et doté d'un fort esprit commercial, vous vous appropriez les projets et faites preuve de transparence. Vous jouez en équipe et avez des opinions créatives ! Vous vous concentrez sur la recherche de solutions et regardez toujours vers l'avant !



* Vous avez de l'expérience sur un poste de lié au développement commercial : au moins 4/5 ans d'expérience

* Vous êtes bilingue en anglais et en français

* Une expérience liée au secteur de l'énergie est demandé, une expertise en mobilité électrique, en électricité ou photovoltaïque est un vrai plus
