Piper Maddox is partnered up with a renowned European Battery Cell Manufacturer, building a gigafactory and developing their own product!


In this role you will report directly into the R&D Director and optimise designs, manage critical requirements, and analyse test results to ensure reliability and drive key decisions.


REQUIREMENTS:
โœ” 3+ years of experience in Li-ion battery mechanical/thermal characterisation with a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering.
โœ” Expertise in Li-ion battery cell development, prismatic cell design, metal housing, and welding techniques.
โœ” Proficient with CAD, rapid prototyping, and skilled in investigating cell failure mechanisms and battery system design.

Position: Senior Project EngineerWe are seeking a hands-on Senior Project Engineer to drive the development and implementation of our innovative clean energy technologies and solutions.
