Ce rôle est essentiel pour développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies visant à accroître l'adoption de leurs solutions et à générer des revenus. Le candidat retenu dirigera une équipe (4 commerciaux et 1 ingénieur) et collaborera avec des équipes transversales pour assurer le déploiement réussi des solutions de recharge intelligente.



Nous recherchons un candidat idéalement basé dans la partie Nord de la France (Paris, Ouest, Est...).





Responsabilités



* Responsable de la gestion et de la croissance des opérations en France

* Chargé de mettre en œuvre la stratégie commerciale en France

* Négociation et conclusion d'accords avec de grands clients

* Suivi et analyse des indicateurs de performance et proposition d'améliorations

* Préparation des prévisions mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles

* Veille à ce que l'équipe soit informée des nouveaux produits

* Atteinte des objectifs de croissance et de ventes en gérant efficacement les équipes commerciales, marketing et service client en France

* Rapport direct au CSO





Exigences



* Minimum de 15 ans d'expérience au sein de Direction Commerciale

* Minimum de 2/3 ans d'expérience dans la gestion d'une équipe commerciale performante

* Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion d'équipe

* Basé en France et disposé à voyager jusqu'à 50 % du temps

* Maîtrise de l'anglais (obligatoire)

* Aisance dans un environnement flexible avec une grande autonomie

* Connaissance du secteur de la gestion d'énergie et/ou de la mobilité électrique - Ou toute autre solution complète (obligatoire).

Our client has been established in the UK market for a number of years and have a strong track record of successfully developing solar and battery storage assets.They have put together a current development pipeline of over 10GW as well as having a very stable EPC partner, it has been a great year for the team - and there are no signs of this slowing down any time soon! Their team in the UK is split across the three main pillars of the development lifecycle: land, planning, and grid - and these three in-house teams are in constant collaboration throughout the timeline of a project. Currently, all of these teams are looking at growth, showing the upwards trajectory this company is on.The land side of the team are looking at adding to their ranks before the end of the year - with a Senior Land Manager position. Grid ManagerUtility scale projects and joint ventures in onshore wind and solar.Salary: £60,000-£80,000 Dependent on Experience.Edinburgh/Perth/Cromarty offices, but the role is remote across the UK. Piper Maddox are working with a highly specialist developer of onshore wind and solar technology who have been well established in the market for over eight years. Having built a team of close to 40, this company are looking to expand their in-house capabilities in delivering utility scale renewable energy projects. With close to a GW in confirmed pipeline, this is a hugely exciting time of growth for the team!This company have in-house functions across engineering, and development - creating a highly collaborative atmosphere where everyone's opinions and methods are valued and taken into consideration.
