Piper Maddox are working with an industry leading renewable energy company who specialise in development, EPC and O&M across multiple renewable technologies. As their pipeline expands across the UK and Europe, they are looking to take on a deputy project manager who will be the on-site representative to the project manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team where you will progress and take more responsibility on the financial and contractual side of things. This will allow you to see the project from both sides, by initially being hands on and then transitioning to be desk based and control project documentation.

They are looking for candidates with:

- 3-5 years experience in utility scale solar
- Degree in construction, engineering or related subject
- Finance, cost control and budgeting experience

This company has a presence in close to 20 different countries across the globe and this role would sit in their UK division.The development arm of the company have a strong track record of delivering close to 3GW - overall their current pipeline for development sits at just shy of 10GW. You would be playing a key role in the progression of utility scale renewable energy developments, and pushing the UK through to it's NetZero goals.They are looking to add a Land Project Manager to their UK team to cover the greenfield origination piece of the development lifecycle. Your role would surround, identifying suitable land for development, engaging and managing landowner relationships, and managing the commercial negotiations surrounding a land acquisition process.Key experience for this role includes:> Prior experience coving land acquisitions for renewable energy projects or transferrable major infrastructure projects.
