Piper Maddox has been retained by an incredibly impactful business in the CleanTech industry on a unique C/Partner level search leading a world class advisory/strategy consulting practice.


Our client is looking for an executive consulting, product, and operations leader to support the ELT in implementing strategic plans, scaling the team and client base, and progressing world class content/product capabilities for the Climate Tech sector. This person will head of the entire delivery service (about 80% of the company) focused on technology development, strategic advisory, and fundraising/grant writing for a plethora of CleanTech companies around the globe.


The position:

  • Leads technical document delivery, including grant proposals and campaign plans.
  • Identifies and evaluates public funding opportunities.
  • Supports staff with grant management, campaign planning, and business development.
  • Facilitates socialization efforts for client projects.
  • Drives product quality and consistency.
  • Conducts interviews with prospective employees and vets new contractors.
  • Expands network of cleantech experts.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients under time pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in analyzing complex Federal and State documents.
  • Passion for Climate Tech
