Salary: $225,000-250,000 base + bonus

The firm has built a strong reputation for connecting buyers and sellers efficiently and providing strategic guidance that drives growth and maximizes returns in the tax credit marketplace with close to $1bl in deals closed this year alone.

 

This is an exceptional leadership opportunity for a finance professional to play a central role in a fast growing and evolving market. In this position, you will leverage your expertise in sourcing, structuring, and facilitating tax credit transactions, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to execute deals effectively.

 

You will have the chance to build and manage strategic relationships across industries, expand the organization’s network, and shape the approach to high-impact tax credit deals focusing on high value corporations across the US.

 

What you will do:

  • Build and grow strategic relationships across the tax credit marketplace, connecting renewable energy developers with corporate buyers and expanding the organization’s network, including Fortune 500–2000 companies.
  • Source and structure new opportunities, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to execute tax credit transactions efficiently and effectively.
  • Represent the organization with professionalism when engaging executive leadership, corporate finance teams, and industry partners, ensuring credibility and trust in all interactions.
  • Lead outreach and strategic marketing efforts, including attending regional CPA and industry events, delivering presentations to potential buyer groups, and managing the database of tax credit monetizers.

 

What you will have:

  • 5-7+ years in business development, capital markets, project finance, or corporate sales.
  • Strong professional sales skills with experience managing a pipeline.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain executive-level relationships across Fortune 500-2000 companies (CFOs, Heads of Tax, Corporate Treasurers)
  • Polished, confident communicator comfortable representing the firm at industry conferences and events.
  • Familiarity with renewable energy, clean fuels, or tax equity; comfortable navigating financial structures and corporate tax concepts.
  • Thrives in a smaller, fast-moving environment, comfortable operating without extensive support or bureaucracy.
