Job Summary:

The Vice President of Manufacturing and Supply Chain will manage and lead all cost, production, quality, and delivery activities for energy storage products. This includes developing a growing team of experts supporting procurement, manufacturing, quality, and logistics. This individual will oversee global supply chain operations, forecasting, planning and procurement, production, quality, and transportation to ensure the company executes customer requirements and creates strategic plans to achieve strong supplier relationships.

We are looking for a candidate who:

  • Has hands-on manufacturing experience and new product development experience
  • Has worked in a start-up and understands the mentality behind this.
  • Has experience with and experience working with manufacturers in Asia specifically.
  • Has experience with large capital equipment built to order.
  • Has experience with consumer products.
  • Is a self-starter who can hit the ground running.
  • Has experience implementing ERP systems.
