Qualifications 2–3 years of experience with an EPC or in project management within renewable energy or commercial construction.Experience in distributed generation or utility-scale solar projects preferred; residential-only solar experience is not ideal.Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.Experience managing the construction phase of commercial or energy projects.Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams.Familiarity with project management tools and construction scheduling software is beneficial.
