Gestion technique des bornes de rechargeSuperviser et opérer les bornes via des outils dédiés.Garantir un taux de disponibilité optimal des équipements.Réaliser des diagnostics à distance et assurer une maintenance de niveau 2.Planifier les interventions terrain avec des équipes internes ou des partenaires externes.Collaborer avec les fabricants et éditeurs de logiciels pour résoudre les problématiques techniques.Configurer les équipements de recharge et assister les techniciens lors des mises en service.2. Support techniqueSuperviser et traiter les demandes via un outil de ticketing.Assister l'équipe commerciale pour répondre aux demandes spécifiques des clients.Coordonner les maintenances préventives et produire des indicateurs de performance.3. Support au coordinateur techniqueCommander les équipements nécessaires.Gérer l'approvisionnement et les plannings des chantiers.4.
