This company traditionally has been a leader in supply of powertrain components and has developed a cutting edge battery pack design. Based on the innovative nature of this tech, they are looking for a commercial leader to come in and support bringing this new product to market. This position will be the Director of Business Development. You will be responsible for developing the GTM strategy for this product line and all other commercial aspects to ensure the success of this product. Their ideal candidate has: Experience commercializing battery technology Minimum of 7 years of BD/Sales Experience

With close to 10GW of grid connections in their pipelines, and multiple NSIPs in various phases of development, it is a hugely exciting time for the team.This company has put together a strong team of renewable energy professionals in the development, planning, design, grid, and engineering spaces. See details below, and if you or anyone in your network might be a fit please apply here!       Our client, a prestigious global energy organization, with a significant presence in North America and EMEA, is seeking a Director of Technology Development for its innovative CleanTech division. The company is a leader in traditional and renewable energy production and chemical manufacturing - dedicated to advancing technologies that reduce emissions and contribute to a sustainable energy future.   Role and Responsibilities:   Leading a multidisciplinary team focused on advancing technologies in areas like Direct Air Capture, and other innovative low carbon solutions. Driving cost reduction initiatives in key technology areas to align with business objectives. Evaluating and integrating Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage (CCUS) and lithium technologies into the company's strategic vision. Networking within the scientific community to identify and leverage novel CleanTech technologies. Collaborating with equity investment partners and joint ventures to accelerate development and commercialization. Talent acquisition and team expansion in areas critical to the division's success.   Qualifications:   Education: Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering or a related field; Ph.D. preferred Experience: Minimum 10+ years in liquid processing/chemical environments. At least 5 years in a technical management position. Proven expertise in new technology development, innovation in cost reduction, and technical problem-solving. Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring action and achieving results.
