Traveling Generator Electrical Crew – Electricians (Nightshift)
We’re hiring experienced Electricians to join a specialized traveling crew focused on replacing electrical systems inside commercial facilities across the U.S. This is a nightshift role with a rotating travel schedule, ideal for those who thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in precision electrical work.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and verify wiring diagrams and blueprints; trace circuits to confirm electrical loads and accuracy.
- Work safely and efficiently around live electrical systems.
- Cut, bend, and install conduit to precise specifications.
- Install and terminate electrical panels, breakers, and switchgear.
- Connect facilities to temporary power generators, pull wire, and complete terminations.
- Confirm phase rotation and ensure proper wire and bus connections.
- Operate equipment such as telehandlers, skid steers, and mini excavators when needed.
- Maintain productivity and attention to safety during nightshift operations.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience.
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Willingness to travel 100% of the time on a recurring 10-day rotation.
- Proficiency in identifying and using electrical tools and equipment.
- (Preferred) Experience operating telehandlers, skid steers, or mini excavators.
Work Environment
- Work takes place inside commercial facilities throughout the United States, primarily during nightshift hours.
Compensation & Benefits
