The ideal candidate would have between 8 and 10 years of applicable industry experience in renewable energy projects, preferably from another developer/IPP.
To begin with, you would be working on our client's flagship solar project which is currently in the late stages of development before the handover into construction and delivery. Following this project, you would then be involved in the early stage development work in this companies portfolio.
Across these projects, your role would include:
> Discharge of planning conditions post receiving planning consent in the development stage, and ensuring these conditions are adhered to in the delivery stages.
> Close liaison with the construction team to support the project through the delivery stages, including supporting on procurement of the relevant EPC services.
> Management of key property and land transactions both in early and late stage development to ensure project feasibility.
> Tracking and managing key project timeline and budget matters, as well as management of internal and external stakeholders.
If you have a strong track record of the development and delivery of utility scale renewable energy projects across Ireland, this could be a great match for you. Our client are looking for a safe pair of hands to take their projects forward and play a leading role in the development team.
