About the Role:

As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the development and execution of onshore wind energy projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to renewable energy initiatives and work closely with technical experts within a dynamic, multinational team.

- Overall responsibility for the timely, quality- and cost-effective execution of wind farm projects, from the approval phase to commissioning.
- Preparation of tenders and conduct of contract negotiations with plant manufacturers, suppliers, construction companies and other external service providers and partners.
- Responsibility for the execution planning and timely completion of wind and photovoltaic projects, taking into account compliance with budgets and financing conditions.
- Responsibility for the overall internal and external stakeholder management of projects in the implementation phase.
- Coordination and monitoring of all internal and external interfaces and service providers involved in the planning, preparation and construction.
- Continuous reporting and ensuring complete project documentation and smooth handover of the completed projects to the operational management.


Your Profile:

A degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
Professional experience in similar roles, particularly in technical project management for construction or energy projects.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Confident and proactive with excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g., CAD).
Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken). French language skills are a plus.

They are active in over 23 countries, managing large-scale projects across Europe, Asia, and beyond.The Role:As a Construction Manager for the BESS team, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of battery storage system projects in the megawatt range.
