Role: O&M Engineer
Location: Paris, France (Hybrid)

A fast-growing international renewable energy group (solar & biogas), active across France, India, Spain, and the Netherlands, is looking for an Operations Engineer to help optimize the performance of its expanding portfolio of solar power plants.
Backed by a recent €200M fundraising round, this company is scaling rapidly - €240M in revenue in 2024 and 1 GWp of solar capacity globally.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and optimize solar plant performance
Lead technical analysis, issue resolution, and reporting
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance
Manage warranties, stock, contracts, and technical compliance
Ensure smooth handover from construction to operations
Build relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients

Qualifications:

Engineering degree (BAC+5 or equivalent)
Strong grasp of the photovoltaic/solar sector
Experience with performance monitoring tools
Analytical and organized with solid project management skills
Clear communicator in both technical and client-facing contexts
Proficient in Excel and Word (PowerBI is a plus)
