Role: Project Planner
Location: Turek, Poland (Onsite)

In this role, you'll take ownership of creating, maintaining, and reviewing project schedules, mapping out construction durations and resource requirements. You'll be responsible for proactively identifying potential risks that could impact delivery, while working closely with the project management team to produce accurate progress reports and ensure projects stay on track.
Role Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, update, monitor, and review construction schedules and plans to ensure project deadlines are achieved.
Collaborate closely with the project and site teams to track progress, gather input data, update schedules, and resolve any emerging issues.
Prepare progress reports in coordination with the project management team, providing accurate forecasts for internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Contribute to resource estimation, planning, and allocation to support efficient project delivery.
Establish and monitor baseline project programmes to ensure critical path activities remain on schedule.
Candidate Profile:
Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent technical qualification).
2+ years' experience in a similar role.
Strong IT proficiency with advanced knowledge of planning tools such as MS Project (minimum Level 3) and Primavera P6.
Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
