Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Support financing transactions (tax equity, debt, M&A)
  • Manage diligence and coordinate with lenders, legal, and project teams
  • Contribute to structuring and execution of renewable energy financings

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Professional certification such as CFA or CPA
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Experience in the banking or renewable/infrastrucutre finance industry
  • Advanced financial modelling skills

Working Conditions:

This role is based in Tysons Corner, Virginia. The Senior Financial Analyst will work standard full-time hours in an office environment.
