Preparing technical specifications and supplier’s documents to enable procurement of materials and plant detailed design. Support in the selection of the most appropriate photovoltaic technologies (solar panels, inverters, support structures, storage systems, etc). Project Delivery Director - Solar, BESS, Onshore Wind Oxfordshire Office Location - Hybrid Working Pattern Salary Range: £80,000 - 100,000 + up to 50% bonus Piper Maddox are working alongside a renewable energy company who have been a strong presence in the industry for over 20 years. Our client cover the full project lifecycle, taking their projects from inception, through the development stages, into delivery, and then managing the full construction and operation of their assets. They have an excellent track record of delivering on their development pipeline and have a demonstrable track record in successfully constructing their utility scale renewable energy projects. At this moment in time, they have an active development pipeline totaling over 1.5GW and four of these schemes are in the latter stages of development which are set to move into delivery in the near future. When putting all this together, you are left with a very stable name in the space, who have some exciting but also solid plans for their team going forward. They are currently looking to add a Senior Leader in the sector to their team who will be responsible for taking projects over from the late stages of development, taking the project on into delivery, and liaising with their in-house construction function to move the project through key milestones on it's way to construction and operation. This role will take the form of a Project Delivery Director and the ideal candidate here would have over 5 years of direct experience in the below matters.
