Job Details

  • Source and develop relationships with potential feedstock suppliers across industrial sectors.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on commercial and technical objectives.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records within CRM systems.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings to expand market presence.

 

Compensation & Travel

  • Base salary of $120,000–$130,000 plus bonus and equity participation.
  • Approximately 25–50% travel as needed for client engagement.
  • Remote within the U.S. (Midwest or Southeast preferred).

They are looking to hire a Senior Development Manager to their team who will take on a mix of project focused and leadership responsibilities. The company originates, designs, develops, finances, owns, and operates renewable energy assets—both stand-alone and integrated with energy efficiency technologies—to help partners achieve net-zero carbon goals. These assets include solar generation, battery storage, fuel cells, building controls, and other clean technologies that provide on-site or local generation, load control, and curtailment.The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in managing and overseeing multiple aspects of renewable energy projects. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Project Management, this leadership position requires a professional experienced in construction management, engineering, procurement, and vendor relations within the clean energy sector. The Project Manager will drive project execution through effective leadership, cross-functional collaboration (finance, development, construction, and asset management), and engagement with external stakeholders (EPCs, suppliers, OEMs, and contractors).The position is open to remote applicants within the United States, with a preference for candidates based in Colorado.
