Traveling Generator Electrical Crew – Superintendent (Nightshift)
We’re seeking a Superintendent to lead a traveling electrical crew responsible for replacing electrical systems in commercial facilities nationwide. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong field experience, team coordination, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all on-site activities across multiple job sites.
- Interpret electrical drawings and ensure accurate execution of work.
- Supervise and support electricians and journeymen during nightshift operations.
- Ensure safety compliance and quality control across all phases of the project.
- Manage schedules, logistics, and communication with project managers.
- Operate and direct use of equipment such as telehandlers, skid steers, and mini excavators.
- Troubleshoot issues in real-time and maintain productivity under tight timelines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience, including supervisory roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel 100% of the time on a recurring 10-day rotation.
- (Preferred) Experience with generator systems and temporary power setups.
Work Environment
- Work takes place inside commercial facilities throughout the United States, primarily during nightshift hours.
Compensation & Benefits
