Inventory & Logistics Co-Ordinator - New Albany Ohio - 13 Month Contract Minimum

Core Competencies & Responsibilities:

  • Tracking procurement of load to load shipment
  • Scheduling  equipment
  • Managing it for contractors and sub-contractors Inspection of all materials
  • Tracking inventory where it is / where it’s going Managing orders / following up with suppliers
  • Making sure things are coming on time, picking up trends of lateness
  • The materials are larger scale engines, engine parts, nothing you can’t lift with a forklift

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or construction logistics.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with inventory software and MS Excel.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including procurement, engineering, and subcontractors.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Forklift pro

Location & Working Model:

  • 13 month contract minimum with opportunity for extension
  • New Albany, OH – Data Center project
  • Must be local 5 days per week (Relocation assistance potential)

Lead and supervise commissioning activities on multiple sites. Develop and maintain safe commissioning procedures and protocols. Monitor and audit subcontractor compliance with RAMS, ITPs, SoWs, and schedules. Support liaison with ICPs, DNOs, subcontractors, and internal engineering teams. Provide technical support during handover to O&M phase. Required Skills & Experience NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent). HV Authorised Person certification (AP15 or similar) is desirable. 4 years’ experience in HV operations within the utility or renewable energy sector. Strong understanding of inspection, testing, and commissioning for solar and BESS. Excellent safety awareness and attention to detail. Willingness to travel across the UK. With world class international funding, and a structure supporting the full project lifecycle from project development, delivery, construction, and eventual operation of the large-scale asset, this company is one of the most stable and exciting names in the industry. You’ll play a key role in managing electrical engineering activities across a portfolio of large-scale renewable projects – from early development and design through to construction, commissioning, and handover to operations. Working closely with contractors and grid operators, you’ll ensure successful project delivery across HV. Key Responsibilities Manage all electrical engineering aspects across wind, solar, and BESS projects. Lead on substation design, grid connections, and HV/MV electrical infrastructure. Senior Development Manager - Solar & BESS Projects London Office Location - Hybrid working pattern (3 days per week in office) Salary Depending on Candidate Experience: £80,000 - 90,000 + wider package Piper Maddox are partnered with an global industry leader in the renewable energy sector to grow their Project Development Capabilities in the UK. Our client has been at the forefront of the renewable energy for over a decade and have built up an excellent reputation as one of the largest and most successful players in the space. This company are a fully fledged Independent Power Producer who focus on the development and delivery of utility scale Solar and Battery Storage projects. They have an excellent multi-GW development pipeline of projects and submitted a large volume of projects into the Gate 2 process. They are in a position to now press on with their Greenfield development activity. They are looking to hire a Senior Development Manager to their team who will take on a mix of project focused and leadership responsibilities. Strong applicants for this role will have ~5 and above years of experience in the development of renewable energy schemes in the UK industry. In this role, you would be responsible for: > The management of utility scale developments through from inception to the RTB stage before handing over to the construction team. > Management and mentoring of more junior members of the development team, as well as coordination with other internal planning, grid, and engineering teams. > Leading on landowner negotiations including heads of terms, option to lease agreements, and land access rights, as well as maintaining landowner relationships through the project lifecycle. > Ensuring commercial viability of a project including managing budgets, financial models, and keeping projects running to agreed timelines.
