Per sostenere questa espansione, l’azienda è ora alla ricerca di un Project Development Manager (BESS) esperto da inserire nel team italiano.

Il Project Development Manager sarà responsabile della gestione dei progetti di sistemi di accumulo energetico (BESS) dalla fase greenfield e di sviluppo iniziale fino allo stato di Ready-to-Build (RTB). Il ruolo richiede solide competenze tecniche, normative e finanziarie, oltre a eccellenti capacità di gestione degli stakeholder.

Responsabilità principali

  • Guidare lo sviluppo dei progetti BESS dalla fase greenfield fino alla RTB.
  • Valutare la fattibilità dei progetti da un punto di vista tecnico, normativo e finanziario.
  • Gestire i processi autorizzativi (inclusi PAS e Autorizzazione Unica) per progetti in media e alta tensione, in conformità con il Testo Unico.
  • Coordinarsi con co-sviluppatori e team di ingegneria, verificando le ipotesi tecniche e garantendo la fattibilità dei progetti.
  • Mantenere i rapporti con stakeholder esterni: autorità, gestori di rete, comuni e enti regolatori.

Profilo del candidato

  • Esperienza comprovata nella valutazione dei terreni, analisi dei vincoli e fattibilità tecnica dei siti.
  • Ottima conoscenza delle procedure autorizzative italiane e capacità di gestire le relazioni con enti e autorità locali.
  • Background tecnico o ingegneristico, con la capacità di comunicare efficacemente con co-sviluppatori e team di ingegneria.
  • Italiano fluente, buon livello di inglese.

Project Developer - Solar & BESS Berkshire Office Location Salary DOE: £35,000 - 40,000 + wider package Piper Maddox are currently working with a leading UK based IPP to add to their Project Development capabilities. This company have an excellent track record in the space, and have been around for close to 20 years. This position would be a good fit for someone at the start of their career in the renewable energy sector. Our client focus on the development, construction, and operation of utility scale Solar and Battery Storage projects. They have a significant development pipeline as well as projects moving into construction totaling over 3GW. Importantly, they also have a high volume of projects under operational management, showing they have the know-how to deliver on their promises. Alongside their development activities, they also have strong acumen in the project acquisitions space. They have undergone significant M&A activity, meaning that they have grown their portfolio amidst the current grid reform situation. With this in mind, they are well placed alongside strong financial backing to kick on looking ahead. They are currently looking to hire a Project Developer to work in their development team, taking projects from inception through to the RTB stage and handing over to construction. This is a junior level position suiting someone early in their renewable energy career or someone bringing across transferable skills to a new industry. In this role, you would be responsible for managing matters across land agreements, planning consents, project layout designs, and grid connections. The key element of a Project Developer role, is to tie all these elements together, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to bring a project forward. Key Responsibilities: Implementing/Overseeing the design process of photovoltaic systems Overseeing the design process of photovoltaic systems an internal team of engineers with the additional focus on the analysis of customer technical requirements. Coordinating and preparing technical designs including the procurement of goods and materials, services and supplier documents. Preparing technical specifications and supplier’s documents to enable procurement of materials and plant detailed design. Support in the selection of the most appropriate photovoltaic technologies (solar panels, inverters, support structures, storage systems, etc).
