Land Manager – Settore Energie Rinnovabili

Sede: Milano (2 giorni a settimana in ufficio)

Retribuzione: €35.000 (flessibile) + fino a €1.300 per ettaro + 25% bonus + benefits


Un’azienda italiana in forte crescita nel settore delle energie rinnovabili, con una pipeline di circa 1 GW e una visione a lungo termine per il mercato nazionale. L’azienda in crescita sta costruendo un team solido e duraturo, basato su una cultura aziendale improntata a collaborazione, trasparenza e crescita professionale.Attualmente sta evolvendo verso un modello ibrido IPP, con l’obiettivo di diventare un full IPP nel medio periodo.

Come Land Manager, sarai responsabile dell’individuazione, analisi e negoziazione di terreni idonei per lo sviluppo di progetti fotovoltaici (PV/Agri-PV) e BESS. Ti occuperai dell’intero processo di origination e acquisizione, lavorando in autonomia e contribuendo attivamente alla crescita della pipeline aziendale.

 Responsabilità principali

  • Origination di terreni per progetti PV, Agri-PV e BESS
  • Analisi di fattibilità e dei vincoli territoriali tramite GIS e software dedicati
  • Attività di land scouting e negoziazione diretta con i proprietari
  • Gestione autonoma delle trattative e chiusura degli accordi di locazione o acquisto
  • Sviluppo e mantenimento di una rete di contatti nel Nord Italia
  • Approccio commerciale e orientato ai risultati

Requisiti

  • Buona conoscenza degli strumenti GIS e di analisi territoriale
  • Capacità di negoziazione e di gestione autonoma delle trattative
  • Ottima conoscenza del territorio del Nord Italia
  • Spiccato orientamento commerciale e proattività

This company are able to develop projects in the traditional greenfield manner, but also have a great track record in brownfield renewable energy development so you would have scope for broadening your experience across the sector. Crucially, being an IPP, this company have a demonstrable track record in delivering their projects into construction and operation so you can rest assured you would see your projects come to fruition.
