Germany is a strategic core market, with a strong and expanding onshore wind pipeline supported by the group’s international expertise, financial strength, and long-term commitment to the energy transition. Key Responsibilities Lead procurement activities for onshore wind projects in Germany, with responsibility for large and complex contract packagesManage tender processes, supplier engagement, bid evaluation (commercial and technical), and prepare recommendations for senior managementNegotiate supply, EPC, construction, and service contracts with internal technical and legal supportIdentify, assess, and manage procurement and project risks from tender phase through contract awardDevelop and implement project-specific procurement strategies tailored to the technical and commercial requirements of wind projectsEnsure alignment with group-wide procurement processes and contribute to their continuous improvementAct as a key interface between the German business and the international strategic procurement team, providing local market insightSupport the Commercial team in the sale of onshore wind projects developed in Germany Candidate Profile Degree in engineering, business, economics, law, or a comparable disciplineSeveral years of procurement experience within onshore wind, ideally covering wind turbines and/or balance-of-plant scopesProven track record negotiating complex, high-value contracts in the renewable energy sectorStrong understanding of the German onshore wind market, suppliers, and contracting modelsStructured, analytical, and self-driven working style with strong stakeholder management skillsConfident communicator in multidisciplinary and international environmentsProficient in MS Office and familiar with ERP systemsFluent German and English (written and spoken) What’s on Offer Competitive salary package including a variable bonus componentKey role within a growing onshore wind platform with long-term project visibilityInternational working environment with strong local decision-making authorityFlexible working hours and a hybrid working modelModern benefits package supporting mobility, health, and long-term security Next stepsClick 'Apply' or forward your CV to h.safavi@pipermaddox.com
