Votre rôle

Vous êtes au cœur du développement du réseau et intervenez sur l’identification, la négociation et la sécurisation des emplacements stratégiques destinés à accueillir des stations de recharge rapide. Il s’agit d’un rôle terrain, transverse et à fort impact, dans un environnement dynamique et concurrentiel.

Vos missions clés

  • Identifier les opportunités de développement sur votre territoire
  • Prospecter et rencontrer les acteurs locaux (foncières, propriétaires, enseignes, hôteliers, restaurateurs…)
  • Qualifier et négocier les emplacements à fort potentiel
  • Structurer les offres commerciales et partenariales
  • Présenter les projets en comité d’investissement
  • Piloter les opérations en lien avec les équipes juridiques et techniques

Votre profil

  • Expérience en développement commercial, développement foncier ou développement de projets
  • Goût du terrain, de la prospection et de la négociation
  • Excellent relationnel, autonomie et persévérance
  • Esprit collectif et sens du résultat

Our client is looking for a Construction Project Manager. You’ll oversee large-scale solar PV projects from early development through commissioning and final handoff. You will also be driving coordination across engineering, development, procurement, and construction teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget. Responsibilities Manage utility-scale solar PV projects from early development through construction and final handoff.Oversee day-to-day project execution, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and timelines are met.Maintain and track project schedules, budgets, risks, and documentation.Ensure compliance with environmental, permitting, and safety standards, as well as local and federal codes.Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and quality.Review and evaluate contractor bids, RFPs, and contract scopes to ensure alignment with technical and commercial requirements.Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and EPC partners to resolve field issues and maintain project alignment. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.6+ years of relevant project execution or construction management experience.4+ years working on commercial or utility-scale solar PV projects.Proven experience managing EPCs, budgets, schedules, and field operations.Strong understanding of interconnection, permitting, and QA/QC processes.Battery storage experience preferred but not required.
