Senior Construction Project Manager - (Utility-Scale PV & BESS)

 

Location: Berlin or Munich (Full home office considered)

Salary: Up To €100,000

 

The Opportunity

Join a leading international renewable energy IPP, working as a Senior Project Manager – Construction to deliver large-scale PV & battery energy storage (BESS) projects in Germany.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end delivery of utility-scale energy storage projects
  • EPC and contract management (cost, schedule, quality, claims)
  • Interface with TSOs, authorities, municipalities, and local stakeholders
  • Compliance with BImSchG and German construction safety regulations (BaustellV / SiGeKo)
  • Management of Owner’s Engineer and project controls (budget, risk, reporting)
  • Senior reporting to German and UK leadership

 

Candidate Profile

  • Engineering or electrical engineering background (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven project or construction management experience in large electricity or infrastructure projects
  • Experience on the owner’s side or with EPC contractors preferred
  • Fluent German and English (both negotiation level)
  • Willingness to travel to project sites
