Zu seinen Kunden zählen Verteilernetzbetreiber, Übertragungsnetzbetreiber sowie Energieentwickler. Das Unternehmen ist auf Umspannwerke im Übertragungs- und Verteilungsbereich spezialisiert, vor allem im Bereich von 110 kV bis 380 kV.

  • Gehalt: Bis zu 100.000 € Grundgehalt

 

Als leitender Elektroingenieur fungieren Sie als Fachexperte für luftisolierte HV-Umspannwerke und übernehmen die Verantwortung für Projekte von der Machbarkeitsstudie über die Planung bis hin zur Ausschreibung...

 

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

  • Leitung der primären Planung und Konstruktion von Umspannwerken (110 kV – 380 kV), einschließlich Neubau- und Sanierungsprojekten
  • Funktion als technischer Berater für deutsche Netzbetreiber und externe Stakeholder
  • Beratung von Kunden zu spezifischen Hochspannungstechnologien und technischen Lösungen
  • Erstellung und Überprüfung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen und technischen Spezifikationen
  • Unterstützung und Koordination von Nachwuchsingenieuren innerhalb des Teams
  • Mitwirkung an der Erstellung technischer Angebote für Umspannwerksprojekte
  • Sicherstellung der technischen Qualität und der Einhaltung deutscher Normen und Netzanforderungen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abschluss in Elektrotechnik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
  • Mindestens 3–4 Jahre Erfahrung in der Planung und Konstruktion von Hochspannungsumspannwerken
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich luftisolierter Umspannwerke (AIS) von 110 kV bis 380 kV
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Kommunikation mit deutschen Verteilernetzbetreibern/Übertragungsnetzbetreibern
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von technischen Angeboten und Ausschreibungsunterlagen
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement ist ein großer Vorteil
  • Muttersprachliche oder fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C1/C2) und gute Englischkenntnisse

Are you an experienced primary engineer for high-voltage substations and ready to take on the management of complex transmission and distribution projects?

My client is an established international engineering firm that supports the energy transition in Germany. Its customers include distribution network operators, transmission network operators and energy developers. The company specialises in substations in the transmission and distribution sector, primarily in the 110 kV to 380 kV range.

The company has more than 300 branches and supports projects in over 100 countries! This includes the DACH region, where a senior electrical engineer for substations is currently being sought to strengthen high-voltage expertise in Germany:

 

  • Position: Lead Electrical Engineer for Substations
  • Location: Hamburg/Berlin/Mannheim (hybrid)
  • Salary: Up to €100,000 base

 

As a senior electrical engineer, you will act as a technical expert for air-insulated HV substations and take responsibility for projects from feasibility studies and planning to tendering...

 

Your tasks will include:

  • Leading the primary planning and design of substations (110 kV – 380 kV), including new construction and refurbishment projects
  • Acting as a technical advisor for German grid operators and external stakeholders
  • Advising customers on specific high-voltage technologies and technical solutions
  • Preparing and reviewing tender documents and technical specifications
  • Supporting and coordinating junior engineers within the team
  • Assisting in the preparation of technical bids for substation projects
  • Ensuring technical quality and compliance with German standards and grid requirements

Your profile:

  • Degree in electrical engineering or a related field
  • At least 3–4 years of experience in the planning and design of high-voltage substations
  • In-depth knowledge of air-insulated substations (AIS) from 110 kV to 380 kV
  • Proven experience in communicating with German distribution network operators/transmission system operators
  • Experience in preparing technical quotations and tender documents
  • Experience in project management is a major advantage
  • Native or fluent German (C1/C2) and good English skills
