Our client is a fast-growing player in the renewable energy market, operating at the intersection of energy trading, Corporate PPAs, and flexibility solutions.

 

Rather than being a traditional utility or developer, they act as a commercial engine for renewable energy, connecting producers (wind, solar) with large corporate buyers and optimising how energy is traded, priced, and delivered.

 

With a rapidly expanding portfolio (4+ GW) and active growth across international markets including the Nordics, Poland, and Japan, they are playing a key role in shaping the next generation of energy markets.

The Role

This position sits at the heart of the commercial organisation, supporting the successful structuring and execution of renewable energy deals.

 

You will work closely with Sales, Trading, and Finance to turn opportunities into well-structured, financially sound contracts.

 

This is not a pure sales or back-office role — you will be directly involved in the commercial process and deal execution.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and structure offers and contracts (e.g. Corporate PPAs, flexibility/battery solutions)

  • Build and maintain pricing and margin models in Excel

  • Create high-quality client and management presentations

  • Manage and track opportunities within Microsoft Dynamics CRM

  • Coordinate closely with Trading, Finance, and Operations teams

  • Support Key Account Managers throughout the full sales lifecycle

  • Contribute to international projects and expansion into new markets

Your Profile

  • 2–5 years’ experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Support, or a similar role

  • Strong Excel skills (pricing, modelling, analysis)

  • Experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar)

  • Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented approach

  • Commercial mindset with an interest in deal-making

  • Fluent German and good working English

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the energy sector (e.g. PPAs, trading, or structured products)

  • Exposure to complex commercial or financial products
