About the Role

We are supporting a confidential industrial client on the delivery of a new processing facility and are seeking an Construction Manager to take ownership of the execution phase of the project.

 

This role is hands‑on and execution‑focused, responsible for coordinating engineering, procurement, and construction activities to ensure the project is delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. The position starts as an individual contributor with a clear opportunity to expand scope and build a team as additional projects come online.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the engineering and construction execution phase of an industrial processing facility project.
  • Coordinate across engineering teams, contractors, consultants, owners’ representatives, and regulatory stakeholders.
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Align engineering deliverables with procurement timelines and construction sequencing.
  • Support contractor selection, contracting strategy, and material management planning.
  • Identify execution risks early and drive timely resolution in the field.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal leadership on project status, risks, and milestones.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Prior experience managing construction execution for industrial or infrastructure projects.
  • Experience spanning engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) phases.
  • Background in engineering and/or project management.
  • Proven ability to coordinate across multiple external and internal stakeholder.
  • Engineering background with a civil or construction‑heavy focus.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in energy, mining, industrial, chemical, or processing facilities.
  • Experience working on site during active construction.
  • Familiarity with contractor management and execution‑stage decision making.
