We are seeking an experienced Major Projects Site Director to lead the successful execution of a multi-billion-dollar nuclear power generation project involving a large-scale plant uprate and more major modifications. This executive-level leadership role is responsible for overseeing all site activities across engineering, licensing, procurement, construction, outage execution, and operations readiness. The Site Director will drive project performance while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Provide executive leadership for a multi-billion-dollar capital project from planning through execution and operational integration.Lead the implementation of 100+ major plant modifications designed to enhance safety, reliability, generation capacity, and overall plant performance.Oversee site execution activities across engineering, licensing, procurement, construction, outage management, and operations.Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies, engineering partners, contractors, equipment suppliers, and executive leadership.Drive risk-informed decision-making while balancing safety, cost, schedule, quality, and operational priorities.Develop and maintain high-performing teams focused on delivering exceptional project outcomes.Effectively manage complex stakeholder relationships, resolve conflicts, and align diverse groups around project objectives.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with all applicable nuclear regulatory requirements, industry standards, and quality assurance programs.Represent the organization at industry forums and working groups to share best practices and promote operational excellence. Qualifications (Required): 15+ years of experience within the nuclear power industry.Progressive leadership experience across project management, engineering, licensing, procurement, contract management, and plant operations.7-10+ years leading large-scale capital projects valued at over $1 billion.Demonstrated success delivering complex nuclear projects, including plant uprates, major modernization initiatives, or new-build nuclear projects. Deep understanding of: Nuclear regulatory requirementsLicensing and permitting processesIndustry best practices and performance standardsNuclear quality assurance programsPower generation and energy market fundamentalsBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
