Our client is currently looking to hire a Senior Project Developer who will take charge of a crucial joint venture within the company portfolio. Our client has a long-term partnership with a significant estate who support extensive renewable energy schemes on their land. This role takes on the responsibility of leading on this JV in terms of progressing these projects through development and on into the handover to construction and eventual operation. In this role you would get the opportunity to take ownership over a diverse portfolio of renewable energy assets, meaning this position requires a high level of autonomy within projects. You would be responsible for: Overall land strategy and management including tenant liaison, negotiating wayleaves & easements, as well as cable routing matters.Securing key planning and environmental consents within the Scottish planning framework including EIA processes.Overall development project management of key land, planning, and grid milestones through to the RTB stage before overseeing smooth transition into construction.Extensive stakeholder management of both internal and external bodies and individuals - this role would include a high level of board-level reporting. Piper Maddox have recently been engaged by a market leading provider of Clean Technology with a focus on Renewable Energy production.Together, we are building out their RNG (Renewable Natural Gas) Commissioning Engineering team.In this role, we are searching for a Commissioning Engineer to join the group. This position will be responsible for taking multiple RNG (primarily landfill) sites through commissioning.The ideal person for this role will have a background similar to the below:- This person will have prior experience taking a minimum of 5 RNG sites through commissioning.- Must have prior RNG experience, ideally current role but will accept previous position.- Technical expertise (rotating equipment, gas processing) , engineering degree is a bonus. (chemical or mechanical engineering preferred)- Prior experience completing assessments (optimization opportunities) of existing sites will be a bonus.- Needs to be a strong communicator, this is a customer facing position so needs to be presentable and professional.- Prior experience with developing training documentation and delivering training to site operators.- Must have strong organizational skills.
