Leading EU IPP with over 12GW pipeline globally

Up to £110,000 + Bonus

We're supporting a leading IPP working across the full project lifcycle to find their new Grid lead in the UK.

You'd  have scope to work across the full project lifecycle as the company is in an exciting phase of growth where they are beginning to build out a large amount of their pipeline. This currently stands at 12GW in various development stages and strong targets of over 3GW to be delivered by 2030.

They have a proven track record in the space too, having built over 18 projects in the space. They also have over 700MW that they have developed, built and operating in the space. They've been able to do this through their strong funding. They have recently been bought by a new investor leading to a new investment into the group and strong growth.

They are now working heavily across Europe with their pipeline spanning across 5 global markets. This role is focused on the UK's pipeline, with some potential to work on French projects.

The role:

This role has been created due to this strong investment and their success in the UK market. They are needing additional resource to work across the full project lifecycle, including grid milestones and the delivery of these projects.

You don't need to have full project work, pre-construction knowledge is suitable for this role, but you must be willing to learn and a willingness to develop your skillset.

The main focus of this role will be:

  • Taking ownership of the full Grid portfolio and strategy across the UK
  • This will include new conenction agreements, managing processes through milestones and managing late stage delivery of these proejcts.
  • Working on both transmission and distribution level connections.
  • Supporting through commerical stages including bids and tenders for contractors.
  • Managing external stakeholders as well as working with internal teams for project development and delivery.

Our client is seeking an RNG Plant Manager to oversee the daily operations of a new renewable energy facility in an Iowa town just ~30min from Omaha, NE. This role will manage the plant’s resources, responsible for optimizing plant performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and leading a team of operators and technicians. This is a rare opportunity to join a growing team at the ground floor of a major project, in this role, you're encouraged to run this plant like a small business working in a decentralized model environment. What You'll Be Doing: Responsible for the operations and maintenance of landfill gas collection and control systems (GCCS) supporting a High-BTU landfill gas plant.Supervise and direct technicians, operators, and contractors.Monitor performance and optimize processes to maximize gas recovery, efficiency, uptime, and production.Oversee maintenance, repairs, preventive schedules, and contractor coordination.Manage budgets, inventory, procurement, and supplier contracts.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements; lead audits and implement corrective actions.Develop and enforce plant policies, safety procedures, and best practices.Support corporate and site-level goals for safety, performance, and profitability.
