We're partnered with a market leader in the charging infrastructure space who have had immense success in the US and are growing rapidly!

As part of this next phase of their growth, they're adding a System Engineer to their team who will maintain the efficiency of all their DC Fast Chargers, managing new trends and any failures.

* This role is fully onsite in North Carolina.

*Visa sponsorships/transfers can be provided for this role

Key Responsibilities 🔨:

  • Monitor data available through log systems
  • Identify working chargers, trends and failures
  • Identify sequencing of errors of charging sessions to identify root cause
  • Submitting data into Jira
  • Performance testing - ensure issues are resolved and communicated with customer

Qualifications & Experience 📑:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Min 2 years experience working in the DC Fast Charging space
  • Strong knowledge of protocols & technical standards of OCPP (1.6 & 2.0)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have :

  • Experience with Python scripting
