Title: Channel Sales Supervisor - Community Solar (Residential Focus)
Location: Southern Maine / Northern Massachusetts (Hybrid)
Travel: Approximately 30%

We're supporting a confidential clean energy client in the search for a Channel Sales Supervisor to oversee residential subscriber acquisition efforts across an expanding portfolio of community solar projects in the Northeast.

This role focuses heavily on building and managing third-party broker, vendor, and dealer relationships to drive enrollment across 18+ projects in Greater Maine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and manage local brokers, vendors, and dealer networks to support residential community solar enrollment

  • Oversee day-to-day sales activity, partner onboarding, and customer subscription processing

  • Maintain and report partner performance data through tools like HubSpot (CRM) and NetSuite (ERP)

  • Ensure partner compliance with internal and program standards

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales leadership on regional growth targets

  • Analyze trends, optimize processes, and support a scalable channel strategy

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of sales or partnership experience; community solar or home services preferred

  • Proven success working with third-party brokers, vendors, or channel sales partners

  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills

  • Experience with HubSpot, NetSuite, and Excel

  • Comfortable with regional travel (~30%) and a hybrid work environment
