Piper Maddox have recently been engaged by a leading manufacturing firm to build out their Field Engineering teams.

This division are responsible for all Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) systems across the heavy industrial space.

In this position, you will be responsible for a number of tasks, including:

  • Configure, optimize, and validate complex control systems to achieve high performance and reliability.
  • Diagnose technical issues, implement solutions, and recommend system or process improvements.
  • Lead and support testing, training, and knowledge transfer activities for clients and colleagues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards while maintaining accurate progress and performance reporting.
  • Manage specialized technical projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a background similar to the below:

  • Must have a solid background across Low Voltage (LV), experience with Medium Voltage (MV) is a huge advantage.
  • Experience working across the heavy industry space.
  • Strong understand of Hydraulic systems would be preferred, including both Low Voltage and High Voltage systems.
  • Minimum of 2 years, with the ideal experience being within the 4-6 year mark.
