Piper Maddox is a prominent developer, owner, operator, and financier of solar and solar + storage projects. With a strong focus community solar programs, distributed generation, and small-scale utility projects in the US. With a robust pipeline exceeding 2 GW in various stages of development and over 200 MWs of completed projects.

 

They are now looking to add an Interconnection Manager to the team!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Full ownership of the interconnection process for renewable energy projects.
  • Strong understanding of state interconnection regulations/tariffs and different ISOs/RTOs.
  • Direct utility filing interaction experience.
  • Ability to review interconnection study reports and performing power flow studies themselves.
  • Comfortable functioning as an individual contributor.
  • Will be the sole engineer on staff, with potential for future leadership of an engineering team.
  • Responsible for reviewing distribution system studies or PV designs.

This person will be responsible for achieving project objectives by ensuring compliance with safety, quality, profitability, and client satisfaction standards.
