Vice President of Renewables Tax Credits

Salary: $200,000 - 225,000 base + bonus

Location: Remote position (periodic travel as needed)

 

Piper Maddox is partnered with a leading advisory firm specializing in tax-motivated capital solutions, helping energy and infrastructure projects unlock value through federal and state tax credits. With nearly $1B in transactions closed this year, the firm is a trusted intermediary connecting developers and corporate buyers in a rapidly expanding market.

 

This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role for a senior professional to take ownership of originating and executing tax credit transactions. You will play a central role in matching buyers and sellers, driving deal flow, and expanding the firm’s presence across the renewable energy tax credit marketplace.

 

This position is best suited for a commercially driven individual with an existing network (or the ability to quickly build one), who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is motivated by performance-based compensation.

 

What You Will Do

  • Originate and execute tax credit transactions by matching renewable energy developers with corporate buyers
  • Build and expand relationships with tax credit monetizers, including large corporate and institutional investors
  • Drive the full deal lifecycle, including marketing opportunities, securing term sheets, and closing transactions
  • Lead business development through targeted outreach, industry events (CPA/TEI), and direct engagement with buyers
  • Develop and deliver compelling marketing materials and presentations to position opportunities effectively

 

What You Will Have

  • 5–10+ years of experience in business development, capital markets, project finance, tax equity, or corporate sales
  • Proven ability to originate deals and manage a transaction pipeline
  • Existing network of tax credit buyers / corporate monetizers preferred, or ability to build one quickly
  • Strong understanding of tax credits, renewable energy finance, or structured finance
  • Commercial, entrepreneurial mindset with strong negotiation and relationship management skills

Piper Maddox have recently partnered with a market leading EV Charging business, backed by some of the biggest names in the Automotive space.Together, we are searching for Director of Quality Control to join the Charging team.This client, who are a leading player in the EV Charging infrastructure world, financially backed by plethora of house-hold Automotive names are growing from strength to strength. Acquiring close to 60 new customers per month with more than 40,000 chargers deployed across the US.In this role, your responsibilities will include: Responsible for overseeing the entire Quality function, covering both Hardware and Software. Will be tasked with implementing & upholding company wide quality standards. Responsible for 1 direct report with scope to add another quickly. Oversee all current and future product iterations including testing. To be successful in this position, we believe that you will have a background similar to the below: Background across Quality control, covering both hardware and software with a preference towards hardware heavy candidates. Proven track record of implementing and upholding the highest standard of quality control. Tenured career, minimum of 7-8 years.Does not need an E-mobility background, whilst helpful, the product needs to be hardware and software focused, specifically for B2C products.
