Cost Controller – Mining Operations
Join a fast-paced and innovative organization at the forefront of the mining sector. We’re seeking a Cost Controller to take ownership of financial management and cost control across large-scale operations.
In this key role, you’ll:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for active projects and operations.
- Track CapEx and OpEx, ensuring adherence to budgets and strong cost discipline.
- Partner with project and finance teams to manage cash flow, performance metrics, and risk assessments.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide actionable financial insights to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with financial standards, audits, and corporate governance policies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
- 5 years of finance experience in mining, energy, or manufacturing.
- Proven background in cost control, variance analysis, and project reporting.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and hold a valid driver’s license.
