The founders are pioneers in geothermal technology and have promoted its adoption internationally.In this hands-on role, you will manage projects from design through commissioning, overseeing budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams. You will have the flexibility to work remotely while leading large-scale projects across multiple states, making a visible, measurable impact on groundbreaking geothermal installations. This is a unique chance to join a financially stable, growth-focused company at the forefront of renewable energy innovation.Key Responsibilities Lead geothermal projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.Facilitate permitting, approvals, and compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.Identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks.Support the transition of projects from construction to operations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.7–10 years’ experience managing energy or mechanical systems projects, ideally in geothermal or other renewable energy sectors.Experience with C&I, high-rise residential, healthcare, or education projects is a plus.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Familiarity with project management and construction scheduling software preferred.
