Project developer - PV/BESS - Düsseldorf

 

We are excited to be collaborating with an experience PV developer - developing large-scale solar projects, partnering with landowners and local authorities to transform unused areas into efficient renewable-energy sites. With a systematic approach that covers everything from initial feasibility assessments to permitting and project execution, it has established itself as a dependable contributor to Germany’s photovoltaic sector.

 

Location: Düsseldorf

Salary: €90,000

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Site identification and acquisition
  • Comprehensive site analysis; including legal, technical, and environmental assessments
  • Securing property rights and ownership
  • Drafting and negotiating all project-related contracts
  • Coordinating with authorities, experts, and partners to obtain building permits and ensure smooth project implementation
  • Taking a lead in the development team, overseeing and coordinating projects.

 

Your Profile:

  • 4-5 direct experience in pv/BESS project development
  • A degree in engineering, geography, or environmental management is helpful but not required.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with landowners and authorities
  • Willingness to travel across Germany and work flexible hours.
