Ingenieur für Netzanschluss und Umspannwerke (m/f/d)

Im Auftrag eines Unternehmens im Bereich erneuerbare Energien unterstützen wir den Ausbau eines internen Engineering-Teams mit Fokus auf Utility-Scale-Solar- und Netzinfrastrukturprojekte in ganz Deutschland.

 

Diese Position spielt eine zentrale Rolle bei der Planung und Integration von Hochspannungsnetzanschlüssen und Umspannwerken. Nach der Einarbeitung stehen Ihnen sofort bis zu 7 Projekte zur Verfügung sowie eine weiterführende Pipeline von über 30 Umspannwerken.

 

Positionsübersicht:

Sie sind von der frühen Planungsphase bis hin zur Inbetriebnahme beteiligt und übernehmen die Verantwortung für das elektrische Design sowie die technische Koordination von Netzanschlüssen und Umspannwerksinfrastruktur.

 

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Planung und Auslegung von Hochspannungsnetzanschlüssen und Umspannwerken
  • Abstimmung mit Übertragungs- und Verteilnetzbetreibern zur Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Netzanschlussregeln und technischen Anforderungen (inkl. VDE-AR-N 4120)
  • Koordination mit externen Stakeholdern
  • Entwicklung und Optimierung technischer Konzepte zur Verbesserung der Projektabwicklung und Engineering-Effizienz
  • Management technischer Änderungen während der Projektumsetzung sowie Unterstützung bei entsprechenden Vertragsanpassungen
  • Durchführung von Netzberechnungen wie Lastfluss- und Kurzschlussanalysen mit DIgSILENT PowerFactory

 

Kandidatenprofil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich erneuerbare Energien (z. B. Solar/Wind/BESS) oder bei einem Netzbetreiber (DSO/TSO)
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Hochspannungs-Umspannwerken und Netzanschlussprojekten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CAD-Tools und DIgSILENT PowerFactory
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Analytische, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und technisches Selbstbewusstsein

Grid Connection and Substation Engineer (m/f/d)

On behalf of a renewable energy business, we are supporting the expansion of an in-house engineering team focused on utility-scale solar and grid infrastructure projects across Germany.

 

This position plays a key role in the planning and integration of high-voltage grid connections and substations. After onboarding, you will have up to 7 projects immediately available, and a wider pipeline of 30+ substations!

 

Position Overview:

You will be involved from early-stage engineering through to commissioning, taking ownership of the electrical design and technical coordination of grid connection & substation infrastructure.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engineering and design of HV grid connection & HV substations
  • Interfacing with transmission and distribution system operators to ensure full compliance with grid codes and technical requirements (incl. VDE-AR-N 4120)
  • Coordinating with external stakeholders
  • Developing and refining technical concepts to improve project execution and engineering efficiency
  • Managing technical changes throughout project delivery and supporting related contract variations
  • Performing grid studies such as load flow and short-circuit calculations using DIgSILENT PowerFactory

 

Candidate Profile:

  • Academic background in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related discipline
  • Ideally from a renewables background ( e.g. solar/wind/BESS) or a grid operator (DSO/TSO)
  • Practical experience with high-voltage substations and grid connection projects
  • Confident user of CAD tools and DIgSILENT PowerFactory
  • Professional-level German and English
  • Analytical, structured, and self-driven working style
  • Strong communication skills and technical confidence
