Wir arbeiten mit einem Unternehmen zusammen, das großskalige Batteriespeicherprojekte (BESS) entwickelt, baut und betreibt. Das Unternehmen hat bereits knapp 1 GW an gesicherten Netzanschlüssen – eine starke Grundlage für eine schnelle und erfolgreiche Projektumsetzung.

 

Du würdest Teil eines schlanken und hochspezialisierten Teams von 15 Expert:innen werden, das derzeit über 40 Projekte in ganz Deutschland vorantreibt. Mit mehr als 8 GW in der Entwicklungspipeline sucht das Unternehmen nun einen erfahrenen Grid Connection Manager mit starken Beziehungen zu deutschen DSOs und TSOs, um diese Projekte erfolgreich zur Realisierung zu führen.

  • Standort: Hauptsitz in München, mit hybriden oder Remote-Optionen
  • Gehalt: Bis zu 110.000 € + Bonus (inkl. Dienstwagen bei Bedarf)

 

In dieser Rolle bist du eine zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Projektentwicklung, Engineering-Teams und Netzbetreibern...

 

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Aufbau und Pflege starker Beziehungen zu deutschen Verteil- und Übertragungsnetzbetreibern (nachweisbare Erfahrung ist hier besonders wertvoll)
  • Selbstständige Führung und Verhandlung von Netzanschlussvereinbarungen
  • Unterstützung der Engineering- und Construction-Teams während Planung, Testing und Inbetriebnahme
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Development- und Projektmanagement-Teams zur Erreichung von Projektmeilensteinen
  • Mitwirkung an der strategischen Weiterentwicklung der Grid-Pipeline, z. B. Identifikation optimaler Projektstandorte

 

Dein Profil:

  • Studium der Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Netzanschlüsse in Deutschland
  • Erfahrung im Bereich BESS oder anderen erneuerbaren Energien
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Hochspannungsnetze (bis 110 kV), einschließlich Infrastruktur wie Trassenplanung, Umspannwerke etc.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Netzanschlussanforderungen (z. B. VDE-AR-N 4120)
  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Netzanschlussprozessen in Deutschland
  • Ausgeprägte Stakeholder- und Projektmanagement-Kompetenzen
  • Mindestens C1 Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

You will be a central interface between project development, engineering teams, and grid operators...

 

Your tasks will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with German DSOs and TSOs - proven experience with this is highly valued!
  • Confidence to lead with, and negotiate grid connection agreements
  • Support engineering and construction teams during planning, testing, and commissioning phases
  • Aligning with development and project management teams to achieve project milestones
  • Contribution to strategy for the grid pipeline of the business e.g. where the best location is for projects

 

Your profile:

  • Degree in electrical engineering or similar
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in grid connections in Germany
  • Experience in BESS, or other renewable energies
  • Strong knowledge of high voltage networks (up to 110kV) including infrastructure such as cable routing, substations etc...
  • Strong knowledge of German grid connection requirements such as VDE-A-RN-4120
  • Proven experience managing grid connection processes in Germany
  • Stakeholder and project management skills
  • Minimum C1 German & English
