Piper Maddox is partnered with a top-tier renewables organization seeking an experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Systems Manager, to be responsible for promoting a safe and healthy work environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain health, safety, and environmental protocols company-wide.
  • Design and lead training programs on the organization’s emergency preparedness, workplace safety, etc.
  • Conduct internal audits and site evaluations across office and field locations to ensure compliance with HSE standards.
  • Administer and manage HSE software platforms and reporting systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Environmental Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in a HSE role or related.
  • Background in downstream Oil and Gas or Chemicals.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state environmental and safety regulations.
  • OSHA and ISO knowledge.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%.
