  • Develop and support SCADA architecture for monitoring, control and data evaluation.
  • Evaluate and select key technical components (batteries, inverters, transformers, switchgear, etc.).
  • Lead and further develop a team of 5–10 engineers, setting up efficient workflows and ensuring high-quality outputs.
  • Define and oversee technical service scopes within EPC(EPCM) projects, including tenders, contract awards, and commissioning.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as project development, procurement, and operations.
  • Operate in a fast-growing, innovation-driven environment with real opportunities to shape the company’s technical and strategic direction.

  • Proven experience leading technical teams and establishing efficient engineering processes.
  • Basic programming knowledge (Python, MATLAB, C++) and exposure to AI applications—particularly in defining use cases and efficient prompting.
  • Fluent German (C1 level or native) and good English skills.
  • A structured, proactive and solution-oriented approach to work.

Why Apply

  • Be a key decision-maker driving the technical and strategic development of large-scale renewable projects.
  • Join an organisation with short decision-making paths and a culture that values innovation, ownership, and technical excellence.
  • Apply your expertise to the practical implementation of the energy transition, using the latest technologies in automation and digitalisation.
