Gehalt: Bis zu 80.000 € plus Boni (abhängig von Erfahrung)

 

Dies ist eine spannende Möglichkeit, einem schnell wachsenden europäischen IPP im Bereich der erneuerbaren Energien beizutreten, der in mehr als fünf europäischen Ländern aktiv ist. Mein Kunde hat sich sehr schnell eine starke Marktposition aufgebaut und verfügt inzwischen über eine umfangreiche Pipeline an PV- und BESS-Großprojekten mit insgesamt nahezu 2 GW in Entwicklung. ☀️

Wir suchen erfahrene Landakquisiteur*innen, die das Team verstärken und echten Impact leisten möchten!

 

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:

  • Identifizierung und Akquisition geeigneter Standorte für PV-/BESS-Großprojekte
  • Kontaktaufbau zu Grundstückseigentümern und Gemeinden
  • Verhandlungen mit Grundstückseigentümern bis zum Abschluss von Nutzungsverträgen
  • Pflege der Beziehungen zu internen und externen Projektbeteiligten (Projektteams, Planer, Gutachter, Behörden, Grundstückseigentümer etc.)
  • Vorstellung und Präsentation der Projekte bei Kommunen und Behörden
  • Berichterstattung über den Fortschritt der Projektentwicklung

 

Erfahrung:

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre direkte Erfahrung in der Flächenakquise für PV-, Wind- oder BESS-Projekte im Utility-Scale-Bereich
  • Abgeschlossenes (Bachelor-)Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Recht, Umwelttechnik, Umweltplanung, Erneuerbaren Energien, Landschaftsarchitektur, physischer Geografie, Umweltwissenschaften, Garten- und Landschaftsbau, Landwirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
  • Strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, flexibel und schnell auf veränderte Anforderungen zu reagieren
  • Sehr gute Verhandlungskompetenz und ein überzeugendes Auftreten
  • Fließende/Muttersprache Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft sowie selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

Land Development Manager - Solar & BESS

Land Manager - Solar and BESS Projects (12 month Initial FTC) Remote Working Setup with Periodic Team Meetings & Site Visits Salary Dependent on Experience: Up to £70,000 + wider benefits package Piper Maddox are collaborating with a leading name in the UK renewable energy industry on the growth of their project development team. This company has been a mainstay in the space for over a decade and have built up a highly successful team covering the full project lifecycle from inception, all the way through to the operation of utility solar and battery storage projects. This company have over 1.5GW worth of projects in active development, and have also recently added to this pipeline with multiple successful M&A transactions. Amidst all the changes in the grid situation this year, our client has a number of protected connection dates and alongside their excellent funding, are a very stable option in the sector going forward. They are currently looking to add a Land Manager to their development team who will be responsible for covering the key land transaction aspects of a project as well as managing crucial landowner relationships throughout the development process. In this role, experience in the latter stages of the land transaction is needed which would include elements of progressing projects through the land option and into the lease agreements, as well as elements involved in the construction phase where land access rights such as wayleaves and easements come into play. This company are able to develop projects in the traditional greenfield manner, but also have a great track record in brownfield renewable energy development so you would have scope for broadening your experience across the sector. Crucially, being an IPP, this company have a demonstrable track record in delivering their projects into construction and operation so you can rest assured you would see your projects come to fruition.
