  • Assess site suitability for solar PV and wind installations using industry-standard tools

  • Model and optimise behind-the-meter system sizing, considering site constraints, component costs, and available revenue and cost-avoidance streams

  • Refine site assessments in later sales stages alongside engineers and project managers

  • Track energy market developments and identify commercial opportunities

  • Maintain and improve techno-economic and financial models

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate has a good understanding of the energy transition and the commercial value of combining solar PV and battery storage behind the meter. Familiarity with revenue streams such as wholesale markets, peak avoidance, non-commodity cost savings, capacity markets, and electricity tariffs is beneficial.

A strong grounding in financial modelling is essential. Advanced Excel skills are required, with experience in Python or MATLAB considered a plus.
