You would be responsible for: Overall land strategy and management including tenant liaison, negotiating wayleaves & easements, as well as cable routing matters.Securing key planning and environmental consents within the Scottish planning framework including EIA processes.Overall development project management of key land, planning, and grid milestones through to the RTB stage before overseeing smooth transition into construction.Extensive stakeholder management of both internal and external bodies and individuals - this role would include a high level of board-level reporting. The primary responsibilities for the Finance Associate include scenario analysis, offtake pricing and valuation, and financial due diligence in support of debt and tax equity financings for utility-scale BESS projects. The Finance Associate will also support the preparation, maintenance, and analysis of complex project finance models for energy storage projects on the Structured Finance team.
