The development team manages projects end-to-end — from land identification and technical design through permitting and EPC contract signing — using structured, proven processes that underpin long-term success.The RoleYou will lead the electrical design and preparation of technical documentation for utility-scale Solar PV and BESS projects.Key responsibilities include: Managing STMG technical design activities and coordinating grid connection processes via Terna and E-Distribuzione portals.Developing MV/HV layouts and single-line diagrams, defining connection strategies and confirming design solutionsSizing and selecting key components (modules, inverters, trackers, etc.)Supporting permit applications and delivering executive designs to resolve secondary permitting mattersConducting feasibility studies, yield calculations, technical due diligence reviews and site inspectionsSupporting and mentoring junior electrical engineers Requirements Degree in Electrical or Energy EngineeringExperience designing photovoltaic systemsStrong knowledge of MV/HV authorization and grid connection procedures in ItalyProficiency in AutoCAD, QGIS, PVSyst, PVCase and MS OfficeKnowledge of relevant standards and regulationsFluent Italian and EnglishAvailability for occasional travel Desirable: EPC or construction-site experience

HSE Manager – Renewable Energy (Solar PV & BESS)Location: Germany (Berlin / national project travel) A global energy and industrial organisation is expanding its renewable energy division in Germany and is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental activities across utility-scale Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage (BESS) projects. This is a senior role responsible for shaping HSE strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and embedding a proactive safety culture across the full project lifecycle including development, construction, commissioning, and early operations.
