Sales Manager – Germany & Switzerland About the RoleWe are expanding our commercial team and are looking for a Sales Manager to lead business development activities across Germany and Switzerland. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping and growing a market from an early stage. Working closely with the Head of Sales, you will identify target customers, develop strategic sales plans, and establish long-term partnerships with key stakeholders in the mobility and fleet sectors.You will receive support from local marketing, leadership, and cross-functional teams while taking ownership of sales growth in your region Key Responsibilities Drive business growth across Germany and Switzerland by identifying and developing new commercial opportunitiesAssess market potential and create strategic sales plans in collaboration with senior sales leadershipManage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, negotiations, and contract closureBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, acting as their primary point of contactMonitor sales pipeline performance, market trends, and competitor activity, providing insights to internal stakeholderGather customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve products, services, and customer experienceRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to expand brand visibility and professional networkWork closely with marketing, country leadership, and international growth teams to support commercial objectives AboutYou thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy taking ownership, and are motivated by achieving ambitious goals. Experience & Skills Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B salesExperience in fleet sales, mobility, transportation, energy, or charging infrastructure is highly desiraDemonstrated success managing the entire sales cycle, with particular strength in business development and customer acquisitionStrong understanding of sales metrics, KPIs, and pipeline managementEntrepreneurial mindset with excellent organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to adapt quickly in a rapidly evolving market and product environmentStrong customer focus with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable internal insightsExisting network within the EV, mobility, transportation, or related sectors is an advantage Additional Requirements Native-level German and fluent EnglishComfortable using CRM platforms and other digital business tools Training & DevelopmentPrior industry experience in electromobility is not essential. Comprehensive onboarding and training will be provided, including workshops covering electric mobility, charging infrastructure, and relevant market dynamics.
